


Here are a few tips for cooking chicken from frozen to meet the guidelines for cooking chicken safely:
- Make sure that the chicken is in separate pieces, not frozen together in one big chunk.
- Don’t cook frozen chicken in the microwave or in a slow cooker. It won’t cook quickly and evenly enough to prevent bacterial growth.

- Boneless Thighs: 25 to 35 minutes
- Bone-In Thighs: 50 to 55 minutes
One great thing about baking chicken thighs is that they’re fairly forgiving; they’re less likely to dry out if you leave them in the oven a bit longer. You can also cook them at higher heat, which is what we recommend. Set your oven to 400 degrees and you’ll get a faster bake time and chicken pieces with a nice golden brown color.



For the best baked chicken breasts, we actually recommend you set your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. You can find that to be the best way to get a perfectly juicy baked chicken breast.


To make the best chicken legs possible, they should be baked for roughly 40 to 45 minutes at 425F.

- Baking at 350F: 45 to 55 mins
- Baking at 375F: 40 to 45 mins
- Baking at 400F: 35 to 40 mins
- Baking at 425F: 30 to 35 mins
- Baking at 450F: 25 to 30 mins
