No matter which oven temperature you choose, you’ll be able to tell that your sausages are done when they’re nicely browned, the juices run clear, and the inside is no longer pink. If you want to take their temperature with a meat thermometer, they’ll be done when the insides reach 160 degrees.

Our preferred method for making stuffed peppers actually calls for precooking both the peppers and the filling. You can pop the peppers into the oven while you make the filling, and once you stuff the peppers, you’ll only need to bake them for around 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
