The bake time for meatballs depends in part on the temperature of your oven. We like to bake ours at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. For the best results, make your meatballs with a combination of ground beef and pork; the pork adds a bit of fat to help keep the meatballs moist. You’ll also want to add eggs and breadcrumbs to bind the meat together as well as flavorful ingredients like cheese and fresh herbs. Make sure to form the meat into equal-sized balls so they’ll cook evenly. Once you put them into the oven, watch for them to get nicely browned. Use a meat thermometer to make sure that your meatballs are cooked through: When the internal temperature reaches 165, the meatballs are ready.
